Refund Policy

At ClearView Indoor Billboard Network, we are committed to delivering high-quality advertising and marketing services that help local businesses increase visibility and generate results. Because of the nature of our services—including digital advertising placements, creative design work, and custom marketing solutions—refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

Advertising Packages (Indoor Billboard Network)

  • Non-Refundable Once Live: Advertising packages become non-refundable once an ad has gone live on our indoor billboard network.

  • Cancellations Before Launch: If you cancel your package before your ad is published, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs incurred for ad design or setup.

  • Unused Future Ads: If you have prepaid for multiple months and choose to cancel, we will stop all future ad placements at the end of your current billing cycle. Prepaid fees for unused months are non-refundable but may be credited toward other marketing services at our discretion.

Marketing Services (Google Business Profile, Website Design, Social Media, PPC)

  • Project-Based Services: Payments for project-based services (e.g., website design, profile setup, ad creative) are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Monthly Marketing Services: For ongoing monthly services (e.g., social media management, PPC campaigns, Google Business Profile optimization), cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Services already rendered or in progress during the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

  • Ad Spend: Any advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is paid directly to the platform and is not refundable.

Deposits & Setup Fees

All deposits, onboarding fees, and setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning, strategy, and setup work that begins immediately upon engagement.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • Services were not delivered as outlined in the signed agreement.
